Junior Professional Officer Programme at the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE)

Students, teachers and other curious residents of Luhansk accepted the open invitation of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission in Ukraine (SMM) to join an informal public discussion on what the SMM does.

The overall goal of the Programme is to provide the selected JPOs with a comprehensive overview of the Organization, and in particular familiarize them with the OSCE programmatic approach and managerial framework.
