Award

This scholarship covers variable costs towards tuition fees and accommodation, for each year of the prescribed period of the degree programme, subject to satisfactory academic progress.

Eligibility

The scholarship is open to applicants who are both nationals and residents of mainland China, assessed as overseas fee status, who are accepted to any postgraduate programme within the School of Divinity.  Applicants must upload a statement of support from the China Christian Council  (see Applying section).

Details on the application process will be published on this webpage as soon as possible.

Applications for a PhD scholarship will be accepted until 1 February 2019.

Applications for a Masters scholarship will be accepted until 2 April 2019.

Applicants should note that as well as completing the scholarship application they should upload a statement of support from the China Christian Council prior to the scholarship deadline.

Notification

All applicants will be notified of the outcome in May 2019.
