World Bank Course: Health Projects Monitoring and Evaluation

Building the capacity of national health, nutrition and population (HNP) project management teams and monitoring and evaluation (M&E) specialists, and World Bank project task teams is a critical starting point for strengthening the knowledge base on M&E for designing and implementing projects, and using evidence for informed decision-making and course correction.

This course provides practical tools and approaches to improving the quality of M&E of HNP projects throughout the project cycle including design, implementation and completion. Participants will receive a certificate after successfully completing the 5-day course. This face-to-face course is offered annually in Washington DC immediately following the HNP Flagship Program on Health Sector Reform and Sustainable Financing. The first M&E course which was held from November 7 to 13, 2018 was a great success. The next face-to-face session which is open for enrollment will be held in October or November 2019 in Washington D.C. and
