High School | Available to New Haven, West Haven, and Orange high school students, the internship offers an introduction to the world of work, an opportunity to observe alongside a Yale professional and build communication and time management skills. Program length: 4-6 weeks.

Early career engagement through mentoring, job shadowing, and real-work experiences, fosters future talent and supports the well-being of the local community. |
College | Available to rising college sophomores, juniors, and seniors during the summer months, this program offers students the opportunity to experiment and pursue careers that match their academic and personal interest. Program length: 8-12 weeks in the summer ranging from 20 hours to 37.5 hours per week.

Early Career Development | This program is open to recent and post-graduate students seeking further experience in their field of interest. This internship provides training, mentoring, and practical experiences to help young professionals get started in their careers at Yale.
