ACDI/VOCA is currently seeking a Specialist in Grant Program Start-Up and Implementation for an upcoming Service Learning Corps Assignment in Bangladesh. ACDI/VOCA’s Livestock Production for Improved Nutrition (LPIN) Project requests volunteer assistance to launch a new grants program. The selected candidate will work closely with project staff in Washington DC to learn ACDI/VOCA’s grants policies and procedures and will collaborate with the LPIN Grants Manager in Dhaka to assist in the start-up and implementation of a new grants program. Additionally, the selected volunteer will act as a liaison between the Grants Manager and the LPIN technical, procurement and finance teams to establish process protocols among other tasks. This assignment will last for 3-6 months. Provisions for the Volunteer: All international and local Travel, Lodging and Meals, Travel Visa (if applicable), Emergency Medical Evacuation Insurance, In-country support from field office staff, Local cell phone to use during assignment

ACDI/VOCA is currently seeking a Grant Program Specialist for an upcoming volunteer assignment in Bangladesh. The Livestock Production for Improved Nutrition (LPIN) Project is requesting volunteer assistance to provide training on Best Practices for Grant Program Start-Up and Implementation. The selected volunteer will arrange meetings between potential grantess and the LPIN technical team, will work closely with the LPIN Grants Manager and assist with program start-up and support the solicitation, evaluation, selection and issuance of first set of grants. The assignment will last for approximately 6-8 weeks in country, in addition to preparation and research prior to departure. Travel and living expenses will be provided.
