In this course, Professor Sander Kersten from Wageningen University & Research will explain about the micronutrient (vitamins, minerals, and trace elements) content of foods. Moreover, this course will discuss how suboptimal nutrition may affect human health, with particular attention to malnutrition and global hunger.
